We are delighted to announce that in line with Government advice and guidance, St Bride Foundation is beginning our phased reopening.
We aim to have to have as many of our facilities open as soon as possible, whilst ensuring the health and safety of all our building tenants, visitors and staff.
We are already able to take bookings for public meetings, political meetings and charity board meetings. From 15 August, it will also be possible for us to host events for up to 30 people with social distancing measures in place.
Our team continues to work in line with government guidance and bodies such as the Meeting Industry Association to ensure that our venue is COVID-19 Secure. We can provide full details of our risk assessments if you would like to see them in advance of booking with us.
We are happy to look at your events on an individual basis, to offer guidance and advice, and make provisional bookings. We have also updated our cancellation policy to reflect these uncertain times and provide more flexibility for our clients. If you are in any doubt as to whether your event can go ahead as you would like, please don’t hesitate to talk to us.
We will be issuing regular updates on the Foundation and our library, theatre and venue hire activities, so please keep checking the website and our social media.

We have followed the Government guidance to be COVID-19 Secure and can provide full details on request.
The measures we have taken include detailed risk assessments, hand sanitiser points, signage to aid social distancing, one way and queuing systems and enhanced cleaning procedures.
Socially distanced events
We have two options to comply with Social Distancing and they can work in Boardroom or Theatre style.
2m distance for all attendees. We can accommodate up to 19 attendees plus 2 presenters or staff in theatre style or 10 attendees and 4 staff in boardroom.
1m distance for attendees with face coverings, plus two presenters or staff at 2m (without face coverings). We can accommodate up to 30 including presenters and staff in theatre style and 16 boardroom.

Food and Beverage
Food and Beverage at events will be permitted but to reduce any risks there are some new rules. We will do all we can to accommodate you requirements within the guidelines. These menus are designed specifically to cater for teams and events safely but without compromising on delicious, well presented food, all packaged with only compostable materials. A range of options is available for everyone’s taste and dietary requirements.
